CITY OF BELOIT: Proposal for Nuance Dragon Law Enforcement Speech Recognition Project

City of Beloit issued the following announcement.

The City of Beloit (City) will receive formal sealed proposals until 12:00 noon (Central Time), on Monday, October 12, 2020 in the office of the City Clerk, 100 State Street, Beloit, Wisconsin for Nuance Dragon Law Enforcement Speech Recognition Project for the Beloit Police Department. Opening of the bids will occur immediately following the due date at 100 State Street, 1st floor Conference Room.   

All proposals shall meet the terms and conditions as outlined within this proposal packet. 

All proposals must be submitted on the City of Beloit forms as provided within the packet, and are to be received by the City Clerk in a sealed envelope, clearly titled:

“Proposal for Nuance Dragon Law Enforcement Speech Recognition Project”

All proposals must be submitted prior to the date and time for receipt of proposals as indicated in this advertisement, or prior to any extension thereof issued to potential vendors.  Proposals are to be addressed to Lorena Stottler, City Clerk, City of Beloit, 100 State Street, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511.  Any proposals improperly marked or received after the deadline, will not be considered.

Proposal packets are available at the City of Beloit website at www.beloitwi.gov.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City.  No proposals, alterations, or modifications to proposals shall be allowed after the proposal submittal deadline.  The City shall bear no responsibility for costs incurred by respondents in preparation of proposals, including but not limited to, any onsite (or otherwise) interviews and/or presentations, and/or supplemental information provided, submitted, or given to the City and/or its representatives.
