Census Bureau: More women than men in Brooklyn in 2019

Of the 1,255 people living in Brooklyn in 2019, 50.6 percent (635) were women and 49.4 percent (620) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southern Wisconsin Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 424-to-420. In the 65 and over age range, there were 53 females and 54 males.
