The City of Janesville recently held a Community Engagement Forum (CEF) for the comprehensive traffic and safety study being conducted along the East Memorial Drive corridor between Parker Drive and Milton Avenue.
The study aims to develop recommendations and improvements to reduce crashes, improve safety for bicyclists and pedestrians, and maintain efficient traffic operations along the corridor. Community engagement is critical in the development and direction of the corridor study.
For those unable to attend the CEF, the City has created a webpage to share content from the meeting. The site shares study descriptions, project handouts, timelines, and technical information. The public can access the page by visiting www.janesvillewi.gov/eastmemorialstudy
