The City of Janesville Recreation Division and Clean Sweep Farm are partnering to offer the popular Horse Camp program this summer!

Camp classes are planned for:

• Session 1 - July 17 to 20
• Session 2 - July 24 to 27
• Session 3 - August 7 to 10

Program activities and topics will include horse safety, horse breeds, proper horse and equipment care, sportsmanship, showmanship, and crafts and games.

Participants must wear appropriate footwear (shoes or boots with no tread and a slight heel) and helmets for horse riding. Helmets will be available at the farm. Camps are open to children ages five to seventeen and cost $350 per session.

Parents and guardians may pre-register campers on the City’s website or at the Recreation Division office in City Hall (18 N. Jackson St.). Space is limited, and the registration deadline is Thursday, December 22.
