The City of Janesville is changing the way press releases are being distributed.
Starting in 2024, the City will begin posting press releases on the City website as they are finalized.
The City will eliminate the weekly newsletter email blast, with high-priority news items continuing to be distributed via email on an individual, as-needed basis. With the change, the City will continue to provide relevant public information, while increasing its ability to provide timely notification on the latest breaking City news.
