Janesville's First Responders, the Janesville Fire Department and Janesville Police Department, are gearing up for the exciting and noble 2024 Battle of the Badges Blood Drive. This annual event, held in collaboration with the Rock River Valley Blood Center (RRVBC), will be held on Tuesday, February 20, from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Fire Station #1 located at 303 Milton Ave.

In addition to the satisfaction of making a difference, all donors will receive a free t-shirt, courtesy of the RRVBC, while supplies last. But that's not all! Donors will also receive free items from popular local establishments such as Culvers, Firehouse Subs, Applebee’s Grill + Bar, and more. It's a small token of appreciation for their selfless act of donating blood.
