Hedberg Public Library (HPL) has introduced a new initiative to assist patrons in navigating the complexities of modern technology. The library's Innovation Librarian, Tyler, is now offering one-on-one tech help during Technology Help Office Hours.

Whether it's understanding the latest smartphone or laptop update, navigating websites, or reading digital books on a tablet, Tyler is ready to lend a hand. Patrons can schedule appointments at both the main library and HPL Express. To register for an appointment or to inquire about dates and times, individuals are encouraged to visit the library's calendar or call (608) 758-5833.

While space for these sessions is limited, walk-ins are welcome as time permits. In addition to this personalized assistance, patrons waiting for their appointments can visit the library's Technology Help page online. This resource offers a wealth of information designed to enhance users' tech skills.
