Lombard Avenue from S. Harmony Drive to S. Lexington Drive will close to through traffic on Monday, June 24, and will remain closed for approximately three weeks. A contractor working for the City of Janesville will be reconstructing the pavement as part of the city’s annual street rehabilitation program.
