Blain's Farm & Fleet has shared a recipe for Easter Peeps Rice Krispie Treats, offering a simple and festive dessert option. The recipe requires only 20 minutes and a few ingredients, making it an easy project for families to enjoy together.

The essential ingredients include four cups of Rice Krispies cereal, 30 Peeps in any color combination, and five tablespoons of sliced butter. Optional toppings like M&Ms, sprinkles, or crushed chocolate eggs can be added for extra decoration.

To prepare the treats, preheat the oven to 375° F and grease a baking pan. Arrange the Peeps at the bottom of the pan, cover them with Rice Krispies cereal, and place butter slices on top. Bake for about eight minutes until the Peeps puff up and the butter melts. Stir everything together with a spatula until evenly coated.

While still warm, additional candies can be pressed into the mixture before allowing it to cool for 15-20 minutes. Once firm, cut into squares or use cookie cutters for festive shapes.
