Blain's Farm & Fleet has been recognized as one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2025 by Forbes. This marks the seventh consecutive year that the company has appeared on this list, and it is their first recognition in the Large Employers category after surpassing 5,000 employees.
In Wisconsin, Blain’s Farm & Fleet ranked second in the Retail and Wholesale category and sixth overall among large employers. Nationally, the company placed 23rd in the Retail and Wholesale category.
“Entering the Large Employers category while maintaining the same standard of excellence speaks volumes about our team of Associates. Their dedication has built a workplace culture that supports growth, innovation, and a strong sense of community, ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our Associates and customers,” said Mark Hasting, Chief Executive Officer and President of Blain’s Farm & Fleet.
The recognition is based on an independent survey conducted with over 217,000 U.S. employees at companies with more than 1,000 workers. The survey assessed factors such as workplace culture, career development opportunities, compensation, and overall job satisfaction.
"This recognition underscores Blain’s Farm & Fleet’s ability to expand while remaining true to our mission to treat our customers like neighbors and our employees like family," added Anna Gedman, Chief Human Resources Officer of Blain’s Farm & Fleet. Gedman also emphasized their commitment to providing meaningful career opportunities along with competitive benefits in a supportive work environment where associates can grow and thrive.
