On Saturday, March 1, former Brodhead High School standout McKenna Young’s current college team, the South Dakota Coyotes, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Norfolk State Spartans.

The game took place at NSU Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Coyotes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 10 a.m. at Lady Pirates Softball Stadium against Hampton Lady Pirates.
