On Monday, March 3, former Monroe High School standout Katie Hayes’ current college team, the Dubuque Spartans, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Rivier Raiders.

The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their first matchup against the Raiders this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 2:50 p.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against Concordia Moorhead Cobbers.
