2022 Real Estate Tax Information

 City Hall Hours:  Monday – Friday 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.

 *Please note that City Hall will be CLOSED in observance of the holidays on:

Friday December 23rd, Monday December 26th, and Monday, January 2nd

 *Payments post-marked December 31st or in drop box morning of January 3rd will be recorded and receipted as received in 2022

1st Installment Due:  January 31, 2023. Checks payable to:  City of Monroe

.Taxes paid after January 31, 2023 must be made to the Green County Treasure's Office - 1016 16th Avenue

Alternate payments options to paying in person:  *If a receipt is desired, include a self-addressed stamped envelope*

1. Mail*– 1110 18th Avenue

2. City drop boxes* - A drive up drop box is located across from the Post Office.  The white drop box is marked CITY HALL. There is also a drop box on the north door of City Hall (no postage is required)

.3. Credit/Debit – phone, online, in person, subject to convenience feesOnline Payments section of the City of Monroe’s Website, via Payment Service Network (PSN). New customers must register an account with your parcel number (in the format 23251 12345678). If you would like to pay your taxes online, but do not have a computer, you may call PSN at 1‐877‐865‐79

Tax history, including current and past tax bills and payments, can be viewed at www.greencountywi.org – Services – Land Records System.

This is updated live with payments, allowing you to verify your payment was received.
