The City of Janesville’s Christmas Tree has returned to the lobby of City Hall (18 N. Jackson St.)!
This year, City staff are coming together to grant the Winter Wishes of local non-profits! During the month of December, the community is encouraged to visit the tree and leave household items like:
- Pillows
- Blankets
- Bath Towels
- Markers
- Laundry Pods
- Toilet Paper
- Microwave Cups (soup, ravioli, pasta, mac & cheese, rice)
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes
The Winter Wishes Community Drive will continue throughout the entire month of December. In addition to the tree, the community may visit the Housing Services office (City Hall 1st floor) to leave gifts. The City will distribute all items to area service providers.
For questions, contact Kelly Bedessem, Housing Services Director, at (608) 755-3052 or bedessemk@ci.janesville.wi.us.
