The community is invited to attend a Public Information Meeting on Tuesday, December 12 to discuss the proposed improvements on U.S. Highway 14.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is in the process of developing plans for a proposed project on U.S. Highway 14, 0.17 miles East of Wright Road to 0.3 miles South of County MM.

The proposed improvements include the following:

• Resurface existing roadway
• Widen paved shoulders from 3’ to 5’ along the corridor
• North Harmony Town Hall Road roundabout
• Integration of more designated turn lanes on Milwaukee St./County Highway A
• Beam Guard replacement

The meeting will be held at Harmony Town Hall, 440 US-14, Janesville. It will begin at 4:30 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 6 p.m. A project presentation will be available to view, and project staff will be available to answer questions.

Local property owners, business owners, and the general public are encouraged to attend and provide input concerning the project.
