Janesville's golf courses, Riverside and Blackhawk, have been making waves in the golfing community with their recent accolades. Riverside Golf Course was named the #6 Friendliest Public Course in the nation by NBC GolfPass during their annual Golfers' Choice Awards. One enthusiastic reviewer shared, "Come enjoy really good layout, greens, and staff—at an incredibly low cost."
In addition to this honor, the Janesville staff received the Green to a Tee Facility of the Year Award from course operator KemperSports during its National Leadership Conference. This award recognizes the staff's dedication to environmental stewardship and best practices at both Blackhawk and Riverside Golf Courses.
