The Janesville Senior Center will be hosting a special event on Wednesday, May 8, that promises a delightful combination of food and entertainment for attendees. The occasion will feature a luncheon followed by a musical performance, open to the public.

The musical entertainment will be provided by the renowned Sutter Brothers, a band composed of Greg, Bill, and Dan. The band, with a musical journey spanning decades, will treat the audience to a repertoire of music from the 60’s and 70’s, interspersed with some original compositions. According to the announcement, "The Sutter Brothers have been an official band since 2014, but they have a lifetime of playing music together!"

Attendees can look forward to a scrumptious lunch menu including scalloped potatoes and ham, orange fluff, peas, rolls, and dessert. The event schedule indicates that "Lunch starts at 12: 15 p.m., with the concert beginning at 1 p.m. in the Riverview Room."

To participate in this exciting event, interested individuals are required to pay a fee for attendance. The cost is set at $15 for members of the Senior Center and $20 for non-members. As per the details provided, "Registration and payment are due by Thursday, April 25." To secure a spot, individuals can either visit the Senior Center in person or call (608) 755-3040. The deadline for registration is fast approaching, so prompt action is encouraged.

The Senior Center's upcoming luncheon and concert offer a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy great food, and be entertained by the musical talents of the Sutter Brothers.
