The Hedberg Public Library Board of Trustees has announced a forthcoming Meet & Greet event to introduce the community to the New Library Director, Eric Robinson. The event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 21 from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at the library's Program Room located at 316 S. Main St.

According to the announcement, "The community is invited to meet and mingle with Eric Robinson and welcome him to the Janesville area." Robinson will be starting his new position on May 13, transitioning from his role as the director of Fort Atkinson's Dwight Foster Public Library where he served for several years.

Described as having "a wealth of experience in library administration and a passion for community engagement," Robinson is anticipated to lead HPL into a new phase of growth and innovation. The Meet & Greet event aims to provide an opportunity for the community to get acquainted with the new director and learn more about his vision for the library.
