Starting Monday, May 20, utility improvements, curb and gutter repairs, and pavement reconstruction will commence on S. Blackhawk Street. The contractors assigned to the project will close the street from Ruger Avenue to Eastwood Avenue to through traffic. This closure is expected to last until mid-August.
