The City of Janesville Recreation Division is set to host Pop-Up Play in Parks this summer. The initiative aims to keep children active by offering free activities, games, and sports equipment across various neighborhoods.

Recreation Division staff will be present at Optimist Park on Wednesday, July 17, from 1 to 2 p.m., and at Chief David Moore Playground on Wednesday, August 14, from 1 to 2 p.m. These events are open to children of all ages.

Participants are advised to wear closed-toe shoes. Additionally, children aged nine and under must be accompanied by a responsible chaperone. In case of inclement weather, the sessions will not be rescheduled.

For further inquiries, contact the Recreation Division at (608) 755-3030.
