On Tuesday, March 25, former Monroe High School standout Katie Hayes’ current college team, the Dubuque Spartans, won 18-9 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Loras Duhawks.

The game took place at Faber-Clark Field. This was their second matchup against the Duhawks this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 2 p.m. at UD Softball Field against Simpson Storm.
