On Saturday, April 12, former Memorial High School standout Mandalyn Franks’ current college team, the Bethel Royals, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Saint Mary's Cardinals.

The game took place at Saint Mary's Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Royals’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Ona Orth Athletic Complex against Gustavus Adolphus Golden Gusties.
