On Wednesday, April 16, former Monroe High School standout Katie Hayes’ current college team, the Dubuque Spartans, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Luther Norse.

The game took place at Betty A. Hoff Field. This was their second matchup against the Norse this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 3:15 p.m. at UD Softball Field against Beloit Buccaneers.
