City of Monroe issued the following announcement on June 3.
City of Monroe residents have until Tuesday, June 7th to get compost at the Twining Park location. On Wednesday, June 8th, the Streets Division will be removing the compost pile from Twining Park and will no longer be delivering compost there for the remainder of the year.
