The City of Janesville is pleased to release its Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) to the citizens of Janesville. This 20-page report summarizes financial information from the 2022 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, presenting it in a format designed to be readily accessible and easily understandable to the public and other interested parties without a background in public finance.
In 2022, the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) awarded the City with the PAFR Award for the City’s 2021 PAFR.
In addition to financial information, the report provides:
- A message from City Manager Kevin Lahner.
- General characteristics of the community.
- A summary of the City’s 2023-2027 Strategic Plan.
- A brief list of City accomplishments and awards.
