The Janesville Transit System (JTS) is conducting a survey to gather insights on how its bus service can better serve the community. All survey participants will be entered into a drawing to win one of ten free monthly bus passes.
JTS aims to enhance its services, and feedback from the surveys will help identify barriers to riding the bus and discover ways to improve. Participation in the survey not only contributes to a better transit system but also offers participants a chance to enjoy unlimited rides for an entire month.
