Bryan Steil, U.S. Representative from Wisconsin, posted a series of messages on his social media account in late September 2025 highlighting federal support for disaster recovery, local workforce engagement, and state government operations.

On September 25, Steil expressed appreciation for federal assistance following recent natural disasters in Wisconsin. He wrote, "Earlier this month funding was approved to support recovery efforts in Wisconsin following historic flooding. Thank you, President Trump, for delivering meaningful support to Wisconsin families."

The following day, Steil highlighted a visit to a local manufacturer. On September 26 he stated, "Wisconsin workforce in action at DeltaHawk in Racine. Thanks for the behind the scenes look!"

On September 27, Steil commented on state government performance amid national budget concerns. He posted, "Shutdowns are avoidable. States like Wisconsin prove it."

Steil has represented Wisconsin’s 1st congressional district since winning election in 2018 against Randy Bryce and has been reelected multiple times since then. In the most recent contest in 2024, he defeated Peter Barca with 54% of the vote to Barca's 43.8%. Previous victories include defeating Ann Roe in 2022 and Roger Polack in 2020 by similar margins.
