Join instructor Jackie Richardson for virtual or in-person Zumba! This is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of fun! Great for all levels!
Classes will be hosted via Zoom live. You will need access to an internet connection with a computer/laptop/iPhone/Android to view the fitness classes. Download the Zoom App or go to https://zoom.us/. You'll be prompted to sign up, which is FREE, but not required.
