Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
SSM Health is offering a mass pediatric vaccination clinic for ages 5-18 in Monroe on Saturday, November 13 from 8am – 1pm. Appointments are required.
Appointments can be scheduled through MyChart. For families without access to MyChart, vaccination appointments are also available by calling 608-324-1815. This line is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
