Recently integrated Aspirus Health locations adopt new names December 1

City Of Montello issued the following announcement on Nov. 30

 The hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other facilities that recently joined Aspirus Health from Ascension Wisconsin will adopt their new names on December 1.

Aspirus Health welcomed the former Ascension Wisconsin hospitals and clinics – and their 2,700 team members – to the Aspirus family on August 1, 2021.

Also included on this list is the former Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital, which will be named Aspirus Plover Hospital to better reflect its geographic location and avoid confusion with the new Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital (formerly Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital).

In addition to the hospital name changes, many clinics, pharmacies and other former Ascension facilities will also adopt their new names on December 1. For a complete list of the former and new names, please visit https://www.aspirus.org/transitioninglocations.

Updated signs reflecting the new names are currently being installed.
