Edgerton Hospital Milton Clinic is pleased to announce that Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals have been added to its list of services. Commercial motor vehicle drivers are required to obtain physical examinations and a medical examiner’s certificate from a certified medical examiner listed on the National Registry every two years.
The Edgerton Hospital Milton Clinic is located at 831 Arthur Drive, Milton, in the business park across from Piggly Wiggly. It offers convenient street parking for semi-trucks and flexible appointment scheduling. The cost to obtain a DOT physical at the Edgerton Hospital Milton Clinic is $99.
