The City of Janesville performs street sweeping several times each year. The seventh cycle of downtown and outgoing main street sweeping is scheduled to begin early on the morning of Thursday, November 2, and continue through Friday, November 3. Sweeping activities begin early in the morning when traffic and street parking are minimal. City crews will sweep downtown streets and parking lots on the first day of the cycle. On the second day, City crews will clean main arterial streets.

The City encourages off-street parking of vehicles during street sweeping. Visit www.janesvillewi.gov/streetsweeping for more information, including a map of the street sweeping cycle. Street sweeping dates are weather dependent and subject to change.
