City of Janesville Announces 2023 Employees of the Year

The City of Janesville has recognized its outstanding employees for their exceptional work and contributions to the community in 2023. The announcement was made at the annual Employee Holiday Party and Recognition Banquet held at the Janesville Elks Lodge on Friday, January 19.

The awards, which are peer-selected, honor individuals who have demonstrated outstanding job performance, productivity, exceptional service, and civic participation. The City congratulates the following employees for their remarkable achievements:

Julie Parker, Administrative Assistant, has been named the Administrative Employee of the Year. Her dedication and hard work have made a significant impact on the smooth operation of the City's administrative functions.

Officer Jacob Seuferer has been recognized as the Public Safety Employee of the Year. His commitment to public safety and his efforts in ensuring the well-being of the community have not gone unnoticed.

Bill Brandl, Operations Supervisor, has been named the Public Works Employee of the Year. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in maintaining and improving the city's infrastructure.

The selection process was rigorous, and it was evident that these employees have shown unwavering dedication to their work and a strong commitment to serving the citizens of Janesville. The City would like to extend its gratitude to them and all the nominees for their exceptional service.
