Cleaning out your closet this summer? Consider donating your gently used or new clothing items for school-aged children through adults to the Hedberg Public Library’s Back-to-School Clothing Drive. Donations may be dropped off at the checkout desk at the library (316 S. Main St.) during regular hours from now until August 22.

Then, start your back-to-school shopping for free at the library. All are welcome to “shop” the Clothing Drive in the Program Room, while supplies last, on Saturday, August 24, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Monday, August 26, from 4 to 7:30 p.m.

A similar clothing drive for baby and toddler items is planned for winter; donors are asked to save items for that event. Used undergarments will not be accepted. No registration necessary.

For more information, contact the Hedberg Public Library at (608) 758-6600.
