Bryan Steil, a U.S. Congressman representing Wisconsin's 1st district since 2019, has recently made several statements on legislative matters through his social media account. Steil, who succeeded Paul Ryan and resides in Janesville, Wisconsin, holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

On June 10, 2025, Steil highlighted the objectives of the CLARITY Act in a tweet stating that it will "Restore confidence Encourage innovation Protect consumers."

Later that day, he elaborated on the need for this legislation by addressing issues stemming from regulatory ambiguity. He noted that such ambiguity has hindered innovation and left Americans susceptible to fraud. The CLARITY Act aims to "establish a clear framework for digital asset markets and close the current regulatory gap."

In another post on June 10, Steil announced the House's passage of legislation designed to prevent noncitizen voting in Washington D.C., which he described as "a win for election integrity."
