Bryan Steil, U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 1st congressional district, posted a series of updates on his social media account highlighting recent events and policy issues.
On July 28, 2025, Steil shared an update from a local event, stating, "Great time at the Racine County Fair". Later that day, he invited constituents to engage with him directly, posting, "Join me for an in-person discussion to learn more about new tax relief for seniors, an update on the southern border, and more." On July 29, 2025, Steil commented on election integrity measures: "States must maintain clean and accurate voter rolls."
Steil has represented Wisconsin’s 1st congressional district since first winning election in 2018. He defeated Randy Bryce in that year’s general election with 54.6% of the vote. In subsequent elections, Steil secured victories over Roger Polack in 2020 (59.3%), Ann Roe in 2022 (54.1%), and Peter Barca in 2024 (54%) according to official results.
