Deputy Chief Todd Kleisner will officially retire from the Janesville Police Department (JPD) after over 32 years of service to the City of Janesville. Kleisner, who has been with the JPD since August 1991, has held various positions throughout his career, including Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Police Sergeant, and Police Lieutenant.
