Think of them as the "dream team" of the culinary world.
On Monday, Sept. 19, Culinary Team USA will be serving a secret three-course dinner for 100 guests at Madison College's Truax Campus. It's all part of the team's preparation for the upcoming Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg and the 2024 Culinary Olympics in Germany.
This is the second time Team USA has used the college's culinary kitchens to practice its cooking preparation and presentation techniques. The first was in 2019.
