There were 3,461 students enrolled in Milton School District in the 2024-25 school year, 0.3% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 51.2% identified themselves as boys, 48.5% as girls, and 0.3% identified themselves as non-binary or did not specify their gender.
